Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, you must contact us at endlessmelancholia.shop@gmail.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: 43 TER Chemin des Carmes, 31400 Toulouse, FRANCE. Returns sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Before returning an item, please check the settings of your turntable stylus and test one or more similar vinyl records to ensure the issue is with the record itself and not your equipment.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and we will inform you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that processing and display of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.
